Anthony S. Welch spent a career inside the systems where decisions are made — finance, government, philanthropy, the university — and kept noticing the same thing: the technical work is rarely what fails. The relationships are.
Anthony has served as a financial analyst, nonprofit executive, university program manager, foundation program officer, government official, leadership trainer, and management consultant. It is an unusually wide vantage point — and from it, one pattern keeps repeating. The strategy is sound. The model is right. And still, things stall.
What stalls them is almost never a lack of intelligence. It is a lack of relational intelligence: the capacity to lead, listen, and love with the same rigor we bring to a balance sheet. That conviction became Manifesto for Love — and, before it, To Dream Again.
