The practice

Relational intelligence, brought into the room.

Four ways to work together — from a single keynote to an embedded consulting relationship. Each one runs on the same framework, so the language your people hear on stage is the language they keep using on Monday.

01 · Keynote Speaking

Talks that move a room past the productivity pitch.

For conferences, leadership summits, and offsites. Anthony reframes burnout, leadership, and love for audiences who have heard every optimization talk — and leaves them with a framework, not just a feeling.

  • Signature talk: “Learn, Baby, Learn: Leadership as a Relational Act.”
  • Tailored to your theme, in 20–60 minute formats.
  • In person worldwide or delivered remotely.
02 · Executive Relationship Coaching

Confidential work on the relationships performance depends on.

One-to-one engagements for senior leaders. We work on the relationships at the head of the table and at home — the ones that quietly determine whether your leadership is sustainable.

  • Private, discreet, and entirely confidential.
  • Built around a personal Love Plan and impact goals.
  • Engagements of three or six months.
03 · Leadership Workshops

A shared language your team keeps using.

Half- and full-day sessions that give a team one vocabulary and one repeatable framework for emotionally intelligent leadership — facilitated, practical, and grounded in the book's exercises.

  • Cohorts of 8–40 leaders.
  • Includes the meditation, Love Letters, and Love Plan exercises.
  • Workbook and follow-up notes for every participant.
04 · Emotional Intelligence Consulting

Make emotional intelligence operational.

Embedded, ongoing advisory for organizations ready to move EI from a value on the wall to a measurable part of how they hire, lead, and decide.

  • Culture and leadership diagnostics.
  • Senior-team advisory and facilitation.
  • Quarterly retainer, scoped to your goals.
The framework of the book

From reflection to lived behavior — in four moves.

Every engagement follows the architecture of Manifesto for Love. We begin with how you see, and end with what you do.

Move 01 · See

A meditation on Love

We widen the definition. Before any tactic, we re-open a concept most leaders stopped examining years ago.

Move 02 · Say

Writing Love Letters

Naming what matters, on the page, in plain words — the discipline of articulating care to the people and work you lead.

Move 03 · Do

Building a Love Plan

A concrete plan to renew one relationship that matters — translated into specific, repeatable behavior.

Move 04 · Build

A plan for impact

Pointing the same intelligence outward — a deliberate plan to make a meaningful impact on the cause you care about.

Ways to begin

Three starting points.

Indicative engagement formats. Every scope is shaped to your people and goals — these are simply the doors most leaders walk through first.

Questions

Before you reach out.

Who do you work with best?

High-achieving professionals, corporate executives, and reflective individuals — leaders who have already mastered the technical side of their work and sense there is a more deliberate way to lead and relate. The work translates across industries because the framework is about people, not sector.

Is this therapy or coaching?

It is coaching and consulting, grounded in emotional and relational intelligence. The work is forward-looking and practical — focused on the relationships, decisions, and behaviors that shape your leadership. It complements, but does not replace, clinical care.

Do you work remotely or in person?

Both. Engagements are global and remote by default, with in-person keynotes and workshops available worldwide. In-person keynotes and workshops are available worldwide for the right rooms.

How do we measure success?

We define it together at the outset. For consulting retainers that often means leadership and culture diagnostics with clear before-and-after markers; for coaching it is the specific Love Plan and impact goals you set. The framework is designed to outlast the engagement — you keep it.

What is the first step?
